Universitas Gadjah Mada announced that the lectures will be held in a hybrid in the even semesters. This application follows procedures from the government regarding offline learning. This makes Implementation Research Managements ready to welcome students who come.

The audience meeting regarding the arrival of students from their countries was discussed by the Implementation Research Managements with a team from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta (Office of International Affairs). Basically, there is good news regarding the arrival of students, but they still have to follow further directions due to the increase in the Omicron variant.

The Implementation Research Managements told students that all documents related to visa and others were prepared in advance, later on, it would be easier for students who wanted to come to Indonesia. Each student is asked to keep in touch with the managements for information regarding his arrival.

The team from Office of International Affairs (OIA) also informed that later, if students come to Indonesia to perform quarantine obligations in Jakarta, the quarantine process will be carried out when students land at Soekarno Hatta Airport. The quarantine period follows government regulations; for now the quarantine is for 7 days.

The audience, which was carried out online and involved students, lasted one hour. Students are given time to discuss and ask questions related to technical matters in preparation for their arrival to Indonesia by contacting academic staff.

Even though there is good news for the arrival of students from their countries, the Implementation Research Managements still adheres to the rules from the government regarding the arrival of students from abroad with the aim of the common good in preventing the infection of the corona virus.
